We absolutely loved our visit to Darling’s Smokehouse! Being from South Carolina and Florida, we know good BBQ, and theirs did not disappoint. The brisket was perfectly cooked—tender, flavorful, and everything you’d want in true BBQ. The real surprise was the PNW egg rolls—so unique and delicious that Guy Fieri himself should come out and try them! On top of the great food, they also have a fun little play area for toddlers, which made it such an easy and enjoyable stop with our 3-year-old twins. Friendly staff, amazing food, and a family-friendly vibe—we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in WestLake.

I rarely feel the need to review places but this place is awesome. From someone who works in the restaurant industry and someone who loves bbq, this is some of the best food and service ive ever experienced. I personally am not a fan of the tri tip because I tend not to like leaner cuts of meat but theres nothing I dont recommend on their menu. Very quality food and fantastic service. I tell all my friends about this spot. The brisket is epic, I recommend the big bad brian sandwich, and the brisket dinner plate !

Everything was great. Our waitress was AWESOME!! 10 out of 10 would recommend. We never had to ask for a drink refill, food was excellent. Brisket was delicious. Can't wait to go back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Happened to find this place while we were searching for food on our trip and OMG IT'S INCREDIBLE!! The ribs (Fridays only) are so tender and the portion size is generous. The brisket is fall-apart tender and perfectly seasoned. The sides were nice and complemented the meal well. I will be adding this to our list of favorite places to visit while in town. I wish we were closer so it could be a staple!

My boyfriend and I came to Florence for a little weekend get away, we came to Darlings for dinner Saturday evening and we are so happy we did! We felt a little out of place at first because it is truly an EVERYONE KNOWS EVERYONE lol guests were coming in and saying hi to other guests, and Tristen made sure that we felt included and welcome and treated us like regulars that had been going for years!! The atmosphere was contagious in the best way, it was comfortable and the food OMG Delicious! When we come back to Florence in the future we will most certainly be coming back!

This place was so awesome! To start off the location by the lake is beautiful and relaxing. Then the service was so personal and home like. But the food was what I expected bbq to be, just delicious This place was recommend by a few people in town and after our experience I have to pass it on and say make sure you try this place before anything else if your in the area! Highly recommend it!
